We have 2 feed roll and 1 mesuring roll . material(sheet) is going to be cut by 2 feed roll and measuring roll take the position with external encoder. the measuring roll is on the line. it is turning and taking position. (length information) . when actual position equal to target position(taget length) , material is cutting.

we can do it like this but after 10 cutting the external encoder cant take the position. it missed the target length and feed roll speed is going to overspeed. what is the problem? external encoder or another thing??
