Siemens 810 d control system fault

My advise:
In PCU50 very often manufacturers of the machine put special version of STEP7 for SINUMERIK-Hardware as AddOn on PCU 50/70. If you have luck maybe you can find it on your CNC machine tool.
Push “Menu select” then “Right arrow extension”(>) you can then place where additional softkeys are. In my case STEP7 software is available under fifth vertical softkey.

1. When you open Simatic Manager in File menu you need to choose Accessible mode.
2. Then under your MPI address (address of the PLC in my case 13) develop blocks folder.
3. Go to the PLC menu › Diagnostic/Setting › Module Information › Diagnostic Buffer

In Diagnostic Buffer you can see even to 100 errors holdings. You can even save this in file format it looks that:

That's depend what packer you have, but you have right if you have problems you need to change extension to rar. By the way this 3Mb attachments limit is really to small they should increase it at least twice.
