kikitron Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Hi to all! im new in here and i have big problem with my CNC machine. Machine wasnt working for1 year and there was dead battery. Now i replaced it and CNC is not working. I think he losed some data because of dead battery. I would like to repair it with your help. Ifound only one3,5 diskettewith files TEA1.497, TEA2.497, SPF.497... Please look the attachmen for printscreen tha i took.. Are this files usefull for my problem? Attachment 820M.jpg (373 Downloads)

eskandari.alireza Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	Hi, you can reload and fix your NC by fowlloing the steps which is described in attached file.meanwhile I'm not sure you can use the winpcin for reloading your data to NC ?!! but I know that you wouldn't have any problem with "PCIN". you must use a PC or Laptop with serial port,because the USB2Serial converters driver doesn't work in MSDOS. I will have to try with Winpcin because i cant get the dos version i have only for windows ========================= Hi, I am sure you can use Winpcin and USB-->COM.! you should find out com port Number after you installing SW for USB convert then just follow the step in "810_820_reload" BUT change the Setting Data 5011=1100 0101(baud rate 2400) and set the same 2400 baudrate in Winpcin.also set winpcin: Even,7,2,RTS/CT (handshanke) good luck and feedback!

kikitron Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Today i connected with the machine by pc with no problemes. I folowed "810_820_reload" and did step by step. I uploaded all the files that i have and machine didnt run When ipower onthe machine i get error on display "11 ORD 1 Falsche ASM-Kennung". Didi do something wrong? And the light "?" is always on. I have everything in German language and i dont understand it. I tryed to select English by the manual"810_820_reload" and it is not working. Is some different way to set it to english language?
