badrelmansori Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hello Mr Ekalavya, When i power on the machine i get the alarme 2001 PLC has not started up, and the cpu doesn't show number 6 but an other number, if i remember it show number 5, leds PDK , PS and PF are lighted. When i reset PLC an NC and reload the machine backups all work well but i should not power off the machine, otherwise i have to reset and reload again Sometimes when the machine works it showsAlarm no : 120202- Wait for connection to NC/PLC It can be a problem frome the drive or what? Just see whether it solves the problem. I suspect may be some loose connection. badrelmansori why will i need the MLFB number? MLFB number helps to find out NCU & PLC specifications.

Then we opened the machine again, battery alarm occured. then we changed the battery. Thanks in advance. ================== I think your m/c lost all NCK and PLC data. try to find back up on your HMI HD, and download to NCU, normally it will be OK. good luck. ================== Dear Sir! What character do you see NCK and PLC on the HMI HD. And How can loading for NCU. what's device for loading. I'm sorry, because This is first i see that error. My system: Simodriver611+PLC S7 300+ Sinumerik840D Tow rows have LED green, LED segmentIs 6. On counter ha red led. Please help me!!! Thanks!
