SIEMENS CPU1214C and S110 CPU305 V4.4 example communication program

Hello, I have PLC SIEMENS CPU1214C DC/DC/DC (214-1AG40-0XB0) and Servo CU305PN V4.4 (6SL3040-0JA01-0AA0) I'm using TIA Portal V13. I did not get correct communication between plc and sevo... I try my own program ,but when I download to PLC I got hardware configuration error... And error on Servo: A08526 I configured PLC IP : 192.168.0.200 and servo IP: 192.168.0.1 Subnet: 255.255.255.0 With Siemens STARTER I connect to servo and able to run motor. I have been worked for long time with modbus, canopen (lenze) communications ,but with profinet I'm new here.. I made communication between Siemens V20 via Modbus, everything is OK. Hello, I have changed Servo drive name and changed plc name as they appears on accesible devices. Connected in network PLC -> S110. Now communication is working and green led of S110 COM is ON. Thank you!!! I attached working communication between CPU1214 DC/DC/DC and S110 CPU305 PN V4.4. I need very simple example how to set on servo drive: Position , speed and command to go? I'm sending from TIA Portal command 47F to QW256 and 1000 to QW258. And this data I can see on STARTER, but servo motor not run. I attached Images. |

Hello,
first send 47e, then 47F, then the command value, this should be work. Or you use the SINAMICS Blocks DriveLib for this job.
you can quick check the drive state in the diagnostic overview in starter.

Hello,
you can't positioning because you drive is not configured for that . To use psotion controled you must activate the EPOS function module on the CU and use another Telegram for it. Please refer the S110 function manul how to configure the EPOS and control it from PLC.
