Hello nanchi; Both your drive and spark tester technical data refer to them as potential Profibus-DP slaves, and a S7-315-2DP has the capacity to act as a Profibus-DP master. If you have the Profibus communication module for the slaves and their gsd file (a text file that holds information on the DP-slave so the DP-master can configure them), then it is very easy to setup a Profibus-DP network. For Parker Hannifin 590+ DC drive : http://www.parker.com/Literature/SSD%20Drives/SSD/HA463561.pdf For the Sikora Spark 2000: https://sikora.net/en/products/spark6000/ Note that the Spark 2000 mentions the Profibus-DP communication option without giving more information, If you want to use a Profibus network with these instruments you should consider talking to your Sikora rep to get more information on the Profibus interface and gsd file for the Spark 2000. What experience do you have with Profibus-DP on a S7-300 master? These videos could provide basic information on integrating new slaves (from their gsd files) in the Step 7 Profibus configurator and setting up a network How to generate GSD file in Simatic S7 HD - YouTubeprofibus DP with ABB inverter and S7 300 - Control.com.Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
