Siemens S5 CPU 922 Run and Stop LED Do Not Turn ON, QVZ,ZYK,BASP Led ON

RUN Led and STOP Led do not turn ON. But QVZ,ZYK,BASP Led ON now. i can not Run PLC process. i try power ON/OFF to cycle power but can not make Run led or Stop Led ON. Can Expert or experience Engineer can HELP ME how to SOLVE it what way to clear fault. More Urgent, this systerm can not run, mean ALL station in another PLant can not production. One reason could bve that you have a corrupted software at your PLC, also a defct at a I/O-card The best way is you look with Step5 at your PLC and read the Stacks. Also helpful is, if all parameters at the EPROM, a overall RESET. Remove all module I/O on Rack (empty rack) then Switch Stop/Run. But Still not solve this problem. This status PLC current error. can i go ONLINE PLC with PC Step 5 to try READ STACKS? If can not what i can do next?

If you have a CPU as a spare part, try to change the CPU. The program is on the EPROM For the change you don't need a computer. Please try it and let me know the reaction. regards CaOd
