Hi, If any possible to connect the Nickel Cadmium battery with Siemens SITOP DC UPS. Regards, Dinesh.

I'm not sure that someone recommends to use any kind of battery instead of recommended by Siemens. For SITOP DC UPS, Siemens recommends to use these battery modules: Maintenance-free battery modules with 1.2 Ah up to 12 Ah (lead-gel accumulator) for ambient temperatures from 0 to +40 °C as well as high-temperature battery module with 2.5 Ah (pure-lead accumulator) for ambient temperatures of –40 °C to +60 °C. The battery modules are completely prewired with battery retainer and terminals. For longer buffer times, the battery modules can be connected in parallel. If you are going to change the batteries itself, instead of modules, check the short manualhere. Here is a list of recommended batteries depending of Ah rating:
