My topology obtains 6AU1425-2AA00-0AA0, 6SL3130-6TE21-6AA4 SMART INFEED CONTROL (20) and 2 double motor modules 6SL3120-2TE21-0AA4, 6SL3120-2TE15-0AA4.

I have been facing the error messages on the attachment.

I can move my axes with 35% speed without any problem. But after 35%, I get dc link undervoltage error. The supply or dc link voltage don't drop and the servo modules do not drain current more than 1A. Datasheet of the motors Show that nominal current is 9A, torque is 10,5NM etc. 

This is not an axis mechanic problem but there is a parameter to be activated I guess. I don't think Smart Line Module is activated properly although the online mode says everything is correct.

What should I do? If you need, I can send you the error history file.

It is absolutely essential that the precharging contactor and bypass contactor are controlled by the internal sequence control of the S120 smart linemodule (precharging contactor via internal wiring and bypass contactor / circuit breaker via connector X9 : 3, 4)

When a circuit breaker is used, it is essential that breaking opening is controlled by an instantaneous release. For this reason, only circuit breakers equipped with instantaneous undervoltage release may be used.

For s120 smart line modules in chassis format, the fuse protection for the precharging circuit must be provided externally by the customer. The fuses recommended for this purpose are listed in the table below.

Owing to the brief period of overlap when the precharging contactor and the bypass contactor are closed at the same time, it is essential to ensure that the precharging circuit has the same phase sequence as the main circuit.

I think the problem is on the attachment. Why do those signals come from PZD1? 

I have missing signals for inf module : OFF1 enable missing, OFF2 enable missing, Operation enable missing.

p922 is selected 370 which is correct. P10 is 0 now which is ready. I don't know how to get OFF1 anf OFF2 but if I do, the problem seems to be solved. Any idea?

At my topology, I have a 6AV6645-0AC01-0AX0 SIMATIC MOBILE PANEL which communicates with PROFIBUS address 1. When I add LineModule_STW and LineModule_ZSW variables to my address list (PROFIdrive telegram 370) my mobile panel communication ends. My X122 IO availability becomes "not synchronous".

When I also check Infeed module's address list, p922 shows 999 free telegram configuration with BICO. Can this cause the panel communication problem happen? How can I change p922 properly? I changed p10 Infeed commissioning parameter filter to 1 "quick commissioning" and then tried changing p922 but the behavior is the same. 999 is not changed. Especially when I click on "save the Project and compile changes" button, p922 becomes 999.
