Simantic Manager V5.5 - License Question

When I look at the License Manager it shows the license but says that it is unknown. I also have a expired license as well there but it is not active. I am not able to open SM due to this...Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have installed ALM V5.1up3 with an upgrade of S7 TIA basic, I can see all of my licenses but when I curser over them they say unknown. Right click does nothing and I can not click and drag any of the licenses on hard drive or USB key. I have called Siemens support and they have basically told me to deal with it. I can connect from a remote computer and i am able to remove licenses and return them. This isn't real an option for me because I also am suppose to manage other licenses from my laptop. I have Step 7 V5.4 pro, WinCC Flex 2008 SP2, Step 7 TIA basic V11 SP2. ALM worked before I loaded S7 TIA but am not sure if it was from initial installor when I loaded one of the Service packs. It seems to me the the interface has been corrupted or interfered with. If anybody has any ideas would appreciate it. Thanks so much for your help,

My next action would be to un-install all Siemens software. Oh yay! it is not an option to just install siemens stuff on the laptop. It needs to play nice with all other 3rd party software. Anybody else have any idea's? thanks,
