Simantic OPC server error

Cartduty Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello, I am experimenting wth a S7-200 CPU224 PLC and a CP243-1 Ethernet Module. I have purchased PC Access to communicate with Microsoft Excel. When I try to connect I recieve the error: Simantic OPC Error Wrong <proxy/stub> version is registered. Any input? Thanks!

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (411)	Hello, I wonder, did you follow these steps? How can you graphically display a variable of the PLC via EXCEL as OPC client with PC Access as OPC server? If so, could you tell us which version of PC Access you use, on which OS and what OPC Client application you have. Furthermore we would need to know all your configuration information's.
