Hi, i'm trying really hard to install properly a software controller on a IPC427D.

My configuration is:

- IPC427D 6AG4140-6BC05-0HA0, Hardware revision: AR, RAM memory upgraded to 8GB with a module took from another siemens IPC427D (No NVRAM, same type of memory stick, just more GB).

-OS Windows Embedded Standard SP1, restored with Siemens DVD (SET A5E35665811 - A5E35665821)

-Diagbase V 2.1.2.0, Simatic EWF Uninstalled, No other softwares on the IPC. Just the OS fresh restored.

-Software CPU 1507S V20.8 (No failsafe)

My problem is this:

-installation of software cpu on windows side looks fine

-IPC reboot and show simatic boot menu

-Select windows + 1500 software cpu

-Windows start and install some drivers and a siemens virtal network card

-Windows ask to reboot

-Select windows + 1500 software cpu

-When windows is loaded, i open software cpu and it is in power off mode.

-I click on the cpu power botton, and the cpu goes in fault and ask to reboot.

I also tried to reinstall all from zero, and tried to download the configuration with TIA V16 first.

Hardware configuration download goes well, but then software download fail due to communication error.

X1 port is connected to my pc, and X2 port is connected to profinet devices. (Same configuration in TIA, X1 pc station, X2 software CPU)

It seems like the cpu never boot beacuse if i download the LED option with hardware configuration, the LED of the IPC show the cpu booting pattern all the time.

My last test was to install 3 windows updates KB________ (founded on some 1507S manual) but, only after cpu installaton. Today i will try to install the updates before cpu installation.

Also, i read about 10 june 2019 problem, i will try also to install the cpu with windows calendar changed before that date.

I do not understand what can be wrong on my setup, it seems all ok on manuals.
