I need to use function blocks that are described here: https://cache.industry.siemens.com/dl/files/043/58565043/att_6149/v1/58565043_s7_300_400_manual_simatic_converting_toolbox_en.pdf But I'm not able to find the place, where I could download S7LConLib.scl (page 19 of linked document). Does anyone use this library and could tell where can I find it?

I had contacted with local siemens tech support hotline and the sale partner. It seems it's so difficult to get it even if it's free. It's not easy to understand why it can't download directly...
