i useing  simatic field pg M4

in set PG/PC interface setting the CP5711- profibus

status/netwok diagnestic showing error:     Error 0x0320: DLL/VxD not found as file or device not active

and which WinCC?
I looks that the driver for the CP are damaged or not correctly installed.

Try the following:

Open Windows Device Manager
Navigate to the CP5711 (listed under simatic net)
Right Mouseclick -> Uninstall (Don't activate the Checkbox "Remove drivers from the system"!)
Restart PC
Reinstall Drivers for the CP5711.

yes, i tried. it is solved.   the cp5711 was not appearing in the set pg/pc interface.  in the device manager, it was with a yellow mark, and a message of uninstalled driver.   then i installed the driver by selecting  browse for it in the c harddisk  .   thank you for your help.
