Hi!! I have the process scoredp and scoresr with 50%  each of CPU load. As result other aplications are not running. Do you know this behaviour?

Intel Xeon Silver 4110 2.2 Ghz (2 CPU)

4 GB Ram

Win CC 7.4 SP1 Upd 7

Web Navigator is installed but not used 

WebUX is installed but not used and it still raises the 100% CPU of the server.

I'm facing same problem about cpu load with these process :

- SCoreS7OPT.exe

- scores7.exe

- scorepnio.exe

- scoresr.exe

- scoredp.exe

All these are about SIMATIC NET Core Server (each one from different driver)

This give a cpu load about 100% as you can see in picture below.

Anyone know how to solve it?

System is

- Windows Server 2012 R2

- Intel Xeon (R) CPU E5-2630 2.3 GHz

- 16GB RAM

Below in the picture you can see installed software

we have identical problem

antivirus esset nod 6.5.

windows server 2012 r2 64bit

intel xenon cpu x5670 4gb ram

we kill the task and normally function

So have anybody found a solution for this problem?

Running on ESXi V6.5

Simatic Net V14.0 SP1

Sophos anti virus program

I think you should try to open a Service Request, perhaps there is an (unofficial) Update for this behaviour available (I think there was one...).

You can also try to deactivate the OPC UA settings in the ComSet (Communication Settings of Simatic Net -> OPC Settings -> OPC Protocols) in Windows Control Panel. Deactivate here all for OPC UA (empty checkboxes)

Then do a PC Restart and test again.
