I wanna connect one S7-1512 to Four S7-1217  using wireless WIFI networks.

1- is it possible

2- what is the appropriete matreiel for this project

  one wifi access point  and  four client wifi module.

1. It is possible! 

Off course there are restrictions on wireless LAN, Are you in a building?, What is the distance?, Update time?. 

2. I would recomend you to use Siemens Scalance W portofolio. Follow this link to find an example

You can use the Tia Selection Tool to find accesspoints, antennas, and cables.
