Dear Experts

We are using WINCC V7.3  WITH REDUNDANT COMMUNICATION THROUGH CP1623 WITH S7-400H CPU .

Everey thing is fine but we ordered  SIMATIC NET HARDNET-IE S7 REDCONNECT V8.2 SP1 .

The automation license manager is requesting SIMATIC NET V12 not the one which  we ordered .

Question :

1- Is it possible to upgrade SIMATIC NET HARDNET0IE S7 REDCONNECT V8.2 TO V12 .

2- Is it possible to set Wincc V 7.3 to work with Simatic Net v8.2 .

I used the tools and it shows that Wincc V7.3 is not compatible with Simatic Net V8.2 it required Simatic Net V12  .

Actually already we ordered  the Simatic Net V8.2  Hardnet redconnect and it cost allot .

Is there any software package to To upgrade V8.2 to V12  ?
