I dont know exactly but If you can able to put your PLC data on web page then you can easily read those data by the browser from your HMI on the other side.

In another way you need to make a way to access the webserver of the CP1242-7 or PLC.

 Thank you, i have gone through the documents, it explains the methods with Telecontrol Server and WinCC. As you said i will check if i can access data using the s7 1200 webserver option. but actually the client require it in Graphical format for tank level etc.

You need telecontrol software installed at windows machine at the control station and the remote station can reach this telecontrol station, you have to program the remote PLC in order to communicate to the telecontrol station and also program the telecontrol station and finally build the HMIs screens and install it to the panel.

There is alternative method, to have another PLC with cp 1242-7 at the control station and use GPRS direct communication between the two CPs, anu build HMIs.

Another method, do ethernet communications between the two CPUs.

Method number 1 is the best since it is more scalable and needs less configuration compared to the two alternative methods.

 Thank you Abdel-Qadar, I am planning to go with telecontrol software and wincc option. as it is in a remote location and wired options are not feasible.
