Can I use a AC/DC/RLY plc as AC/DC/DC plc? I mean, Is it possible to get 24V PTO from a AC/DC/RLY PLC?

No you can not use PTO or any pulse (WPM) output with relay outputs, functions are disabled for relay outputs. You can use other means, like cyclic interrupts, to generate the pulse but you will be ruining the relay outputs pretty quick.

Oh, and that is the main difference, relay outputs are limited by their electro-mechanical specifications and have the advantage of having dry contacts that you can use for voltages and currents, within specs, that you can not use with transistor outputs.

That said, most people including me use interposing relays to protect the integrated relays which we also do with transistor outputs.

I seldom use relay outputs; usually very small application.

I have  attached an image. I have this plc. This plc has 4 onboard pulse output. But, plc output is relay type. 

So I want to know, Can I use those output for pulse train output (PTO) for servo/stepper drive?

Hello.

Consider the use of a signal board (SB). This is an add-on that clips into the front of the CPU. This is a better option than changing the CPU.

EDIT: The pulse outputs that are mentioned is a software ability that can only be used when using a signal board.
