thuyenvuvan Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	I used HMI siemen MP277 and PLC S7-300 CPU 315-2DP the sigenal load cell(4-20mA) form PLC to HMI is wrong but the machine still run normally not error and product so good. I check CPC's PLC and modulers so good (such as voltage=2.8VDC, and signals In, Out) is so good. I change this CPU by one result the same... Now my machine is stopping by that error So, Who are know that error's what? help me! Thanks!

thuyenvuvan Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	that error is signal ons HMI not true with nomal. HMI tension on the screen varies with large amplitude but the reality is very small. Means that the machine still works but the display ons HMI is not true. I don't know it's fault hardware or software, wrong HMI or PLC? what do you think that is an error ? thanks!

dchartier Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 9/13/2024 Posts: 12282 Rating: (2683)	Hello thuyenvuvan; S7-Leegnd is right, in the sense that whatever is displayed on your HMI screen comes from the PLC, which in turn reads thre values from the load cells in your case. You say that the process is working correctly, so you seem to think that the PLC program is also in working order. So, the problem would seem to be between the PLC and the HMI.Let's examine a few issues on that subhject: What link has been established between the PLC and the HMI, Profibus-DP, MPI, Industrial Ethernet? Is this the only value giving you problems for the moment? Has this situation always been a problem, or is this a new development? What tag (or address) in the PLC holds the reading (correctly) from the load cell? What datatype is used (Word, INT, DInt, REAL)? Is the tag used to display the value in the HMI connected to the same address of the PLC tag? How is the output display configured (what are its properties)? Once we have studied these, come back with information, maybe we can locate your problem. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier

MMC card I pull out the bugs away, but new problems appear on the screen signal is not true anymore. This phenomenon occurs as soon as I draw a card. I checked the CPU, the module is OK results MMC card. What should I do? DangTuan.

thuyenvuvan Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	hello dchartier! I doubt the connection between PLC and HMI products is ok because (EX: tension on the screen but the fact is 500kN (using the power meter) 320kN and and amplitude on the screen is 200kN but the actual 30kN Dangtuan

Then check your connection in WinCC Flexible and in NetPro (Simatic Manager) Check in your taglist or they all are valid (they may not be 'orange colored') But also try to do the check-up list that dcharties says .. is the power supply of the MP galvanically isolated ? It is possible that their is disturbance caused by emc or else... Hope this helps...

Could you maybe send the code and the properties of the measurement IO-field in wincc flexible ? If possible than maybe it is much easier to help :$ Eyup Yilmaz...
