SIMATIC STEP 7 ProfessionalV12is the easy to use universal engineering system for the current SIMATIC controllers S7-1500, S7-1200, S7-300, S7-400, WinAC and ET 200 CPU. PLCSIM for simulation of the S7-1500 CPUs and WinCC Basic for configuration of the Basic Panels are included in the scope of delivery. Hello small78, Only STEP 7 Professional v12 is compatible for S7-300 and S7-400 PLCs. But it's better to check against each MLFBs you have in your project making use of this TIA Portal Readiness Check Tool. As the very old S7-300/ S7-400 hardwareare not supported by STEP 7 Professional v12.
