How do i open the dwoload as it has a file extension of 010? |

Hello, i think you are talking about the trial version (http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/88360364)? It's described in the download page how to start the setup. The download is distributed over several files. First please download all the parts into the same folder and then execute the file ending with .exe. Thereafter the parts will be joined together and you can perform the Setup.
