Hello Obi Wan this is a long overdue feature that's sorely missing from Step7 (silly Step7-Microwin has it for the S7-200's) and variable real trend capability will/must(hopefully) be part ofStep 7 one day soon (Step 7 is due for a major overhaul anyhow). As you aware of the PID trend, youmight be interested to know that for tthe tiem being you can easily "abuse" it as a quick and nasty real time trend tool. All you have to do is to create (or copy)an FB41 instance DB, download it and then write whatever variables you want totrend into it's SP, PV, MV etc. addresses (the PID trend doesn't "care"if these values are part of a real FB41 PID call or not it just "looks" at the addresses in the PID's Instance DB) I hope this helps |
