It is display machine data CNC controller e.g. 840D, 810D etc. etc. It is calculated by NC to display an axis drive motor utilisation & calculated as ratio of torque setpoint to actual torque limit i.e. % utilization of motor torque. In Sinamics S120, user can see r0033 = Torque utilization smoothed. For details refer attached sheet. Attachment Torque utilization.jpg (373 Downloads)
