Hello, Does it is connected to CNC / with the standalone drives? what type of 611U control card are you using?? alarm description... Meaning of the alarm: 028 Actual current sensing during power-up Cause: When the current actual value sensing runs up, or in cyclic operation at pulse inhibit, a 0 current is expected. The drive system then identifies that no currents are flowing (excessive deviation to the theoretical center frequency). It is possible that the hardware for the current actual value sensing is defective. Remedy -- Check the plug-in connections -- Check whether the control module is correctly inserted -- Replace control module -- Replace the power section Are you sure do get 93 alarm in the 611u drive ?? Check it out and revert back. Regards, Prakash

Navdeep Deshmukh Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi Prakash I am using LT Module 160 A, i was having error 028 Actual current sensing during power-up 039 Error during power section identification. Supplementary info: 200000 As per the Remedy i confirmed for Control Card Insertion, found ok Further to this i found that Inside drive we have CCU card with details as given below SIEMENS CCU COMPONENT GWE 462 008 0006 01 aa Found Damaged, so i replaced the CCU card from other unit with same serial number After Trial i found that the said drive of 160A is working Fine without any error regards Navdeep Deshmukh Attachment 462 008 0006 Siemens.JPG (244 Downloads)
