I tried to configure the controller automatically: Speed controller P gain - 0.177 Nm3s/rad Speed controller reset time - 16.38 ms what I can try again? how I can understand the quality of regulation what I need to measure? which charts can help? Moreover please refer the control module drawing snap in attachment, where in servo drive encoder connections are shown to connector X461 (Master slave png picture). In trailing post, X 411 & X412 motor encoder connectors are visible. Which is the correct? Please verify.

_oleksandr_ Bronze Member Joined: 4/2/2016 Last visit: 7/13/2022 Posts: 413 Rating: (6)	all encoders ( Multipole resolver 2-pole resolver) connected to X411/X412, next the position signal from Simodrive 611U (X461/X462) transmitted to the system CNC, is an original design and it works. now the problem - the movement goes in jerks (not smooth).

Please check the correct selection of motor while Simucom U commissioning. P1115 in both motors seems to be very high.

_oleksandr_ Bronze Member Joined: 4/2/2016 Last visit: 7/13/2022 Posts: 413 Rating: (6)	Let's temporarily close the topic of this motor but now I have another Problem Movement on the other engine is jerky (see video), I think the problem in analog setpoint (0..10V) from CNC, Tomorrow I'll try to disconnect Simodrive from CNC, and send setpoint manually.

How to solve this problem? High proportional regulator factor? after the automatic adjustment: P again 0.177 Time 16,38 I do not think that's a big factor! problems with feedback (encoder), damaged cable (encoder) but we do not have any alarms... that advise???
