SimoDrive converter: Red LEDs on startup

Dear All, 

  My SimoDrive converter 6SN1145 0BA01  0BA1 E/R MODULE 16/21KW

while power up the two red LED's of 15VDC / 5VDC are lit for a very short time ( ) then they go off . 

Would you please advice ,

Split from LT Module Problem.

What is your problem? take picture post here when power supply module finish booting.

what kind of m/c you have. it running or alarm?

Does the Green color LED lits on after power on? (In middle left row)

Please check the voltage at terminals U1, V1, W1 at X131. 

Please check if enable signals are present at terminal 63, 64 & 48.

really i have checked the module axes through disconnecting the ribbon cable X351 and I find one power  section of module is faulty .
