What is the error message you have? 3. If possible, read all data from the Siwarex, when you have the error state, and thenpost the Siwatool file here? 4. CPU416of unknown causesometimeslongercommunicate withone channel.Butonly one.Sometimesthechannel number2 sometimeswithchannel 1 InHWconfiguraciithemodule withouterrorsthroughSIWATOOLI seethe value.It does not helpanythingjustrestart thePLC. I do not knowhow tohelp.

ABenno Posts: 206 Rating: (22)	Hello bhole, excuse the the late answer. The problem you have, might be caused by the data record communication. This is done witn SFC58/59 or SFB 52/53 there is a FAQ for this matter. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/32210587 You can try not to activate all SFC/SFB calls at the same time, e.g. 100ms for channel 1 and other 100ms the 2. channel. Can you tell me what the order no. of the Siwarex is? How many Siwarex U do you have in your installation? Do you use SFC calls or our FB for the new Siwarex U 7MH4950*? Regards ABenno
