I have a very serious  problem please help me on this.

I have a machine with SIMOTION D435 PLC, In SIMOTION SCOUT the programmer uses an array of TON timers for programming, one of this timers names MYTON[1] (Attached in picture ton), programmer uses MYTON[1] in about 6  function blocks (as highlighted in picture blocks), the other thing is in all of 6 blocks the programmer uses different conditions for the timer(as you can see in picture TON USE1 to 3).

do you think this kind of programming CAN MAKE MISSMATCH in working of the machine?

Hello, probably you have to make a new topic for this...

Anyway yes, if that TON is used simultanelously in all the FBs, then you will surely have troubles.

That TON must be declared as local variable in the FB and nevermind be global

That does not seem a Function Block.

Anyway the only way to make this work is that EVERY routine has his myTon declared locally.

If myTon is declared globally and every portion of program uses it, then that program is a nightmare and will act with crazy behaviour.
