I have Simotion D435 2DP/PN , 6au1435-2ad00-0aa0. 
I  did update my firmware from 4.3 to 4.4 I did flowing steps:
1.I took backup my CF files.
2.Download firmware simotion4x5-2V44 from Siemens site
3 .Delete all file from CF and put new firmware files to CF.
4. Put Srv/Nck rotary switch in B position.
5.power On the simotion
6.after the SF LED lit up I put the rotary switch to 0 like manual said
After that Simotion run and 7 segment show 6 and all thing work very well BUT after I power off and on simotion , simotion stack in boot : 7 segment show 5 and ready LED yellow and stop LED blink yellow and after seconds all LED blink red and 7 segment show A.
If I do the update steps again the simotion go to 6 and work fine again only if I power on and off  simotion controller I had problem. Why?I attached the film. 

Please help me.

I do not understand why you set the rotary switch to "B" position.

We have upgraded many and many CFs of Simotions (410-2 425-2) from FW4.3 then 4.4 then 5.2 then 5.3) but never had the need to rotate that selector. When you wipe out everything and copy again the firmware, the new firmware is loaded at Simotion Startup, so no need to do nothing else.

Regarding to the red leds , probably it should be listen an explert because something is faulty.

Are you sure you also wiped out the USER folder ?

What if you fresh start with an empty (firmware and boot sector only ) CF card ?

Yes I delete the user folder and make an empty user folder but result is same. 

What do you mean an empty CF? I delete all file of CF and put empty CF in simotion but simotion daesn't bootup and 7 segment show F 4. 

Did I right thing?

Hello,

I delete all CF files and I write bootloader "D4xx_D4x5_2_boot1024.bin " (my simotion is D435-2PN) to CF and put it in controller and power on I got "F4"  error in 7 segment and all LED lite up. 

After that I just copy "d435_fw.bin"  file to CF and powered on simotion. The simotion boot up complete and 7 segment show 6 BUT ready led blink red and other led blink yellow. 

What can I do now?
