When the drive was replaced after startup, an error occurred. Event ID: 16# F360:BF80 Additional information 4 / 5: 16# 00 53 Additional information 1 / 2 / 3: 16# 4E25 0000 0019 Technological alarm {TO-ID: 2.11}: Alarm Error 20005 : Device type:2, log. address:372 faulted. (Bit:0, encoder number:0, reason: 0x4000h) Incoming event She does not go away. Prompt please, it is a problem on a hardware? I tried to replace D425. With the other, everything works. changed in place with the card I'm afraid of losing data on it. So there was a question, a problem in hardware or software? amirus Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Thank you very much for your reply. To exclude all other nodes, I installed Simotion on another machine that is 100% worked. Result, the machine did not start. There is only one error in the buffer - 20005. Now the question arose: a memory card or hardware. I noticed that on a block with an error, loading is much slower. A block that runs loads much faster.

Go online and check the state of the drive which is connected to the Axis. how is the RDY LED on the Simotion after power up? Regards Christoph

The DIAG dir can provide some more detailinformations, you can attach it here. RDY=RED means that there is some error in the drive, this can be the reason for the 20005. Regards Christoph
