The Subnet ID 0000-0000 indicates that there is no project /HWConfig loaded to the Simotion, To connect to the sinamics a HW Config with Routing SDB must be loaded on the Simoteion D. In the first screen the SIMOTION ist connected to X127 (169.254.11.22). have you configure on the PC a IP in the Range of X130? Can you ping the IP of the X130 Interface? Regards Christoph

Is this the correct address (configured in HWConfig) for the X127 Interface? In the first screen the IP 169.254.11.22 is active on the Simotion , have you change this IP in the PLC or not?
