Simotion D445-1 Sinamic Integrated Connection Problem (ret = 0xbe0b0028)

turk.mehmetcan Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	I have a Simotion D445-1 motion controller unit. The firmware version in it was 4.1 SP 5 and I was able to connect it without any problem. But then I needed to upgrade it to version 4.3 and I did so without getting any error or something. I can see in the accessible nodes page that the version of the physical device is 4.3 now. But the problem is that I can connect to the D445 device and CAN'T connect to the Sinamics Integrated unit in it. You can see the screenshot of the error in the attachments. It says: "Check the access points and the interface settings! (ret = 0xbe0b0028)" Could you please help me identify the problem and solve it? Thanks in advance! turk.mehmetcan Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Hi, thanks for the reply. RDY led is flickering quickly in red color and all the other LEDs are blinking in yellow color at a slower pace than the RDY led. And the 7-segment display shows 6 with a flickering dot at the bottom.

turk.mehmetcan Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	I downloaded this one: V4.3 SP1 HF23 (V4.3.1.23) And I had V4.1 SP5 initially which I didn't have any problem with the connection.

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/7/2024 Posts: 22439 Rating: (3029)	and which FW File from this package ? how you transfer the data to the card? remove the card plug it in cf reade on pc and open the content.txt from the root fw can be downloade here https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/31045047 and if you use d445-1 you need the file d4xx_v43sp1hf23_s120_v26sp2hf19.zip
