Remove CF Card, rename/Delete the User folder, insert card an power on. Go onnline and open diagnostic Buffer of the SIMOTION, save the diagnostic buffer and open a Support request and attach the diagnostic. Regards Christoph

What to do next. As information I cannot go online with the device. Thank you. NB : we try deleting the user folder also...and still same error... Regards, Aris

(power-up after a long term shut down, while the machine was working, after a voltage spyke....) Can you check the condition of the lower cooling stage of the CPU. can you listen it turning while you turn on the power of the CPU? Have you try to replace it (if you have a spare part)? Are you able to configure a brand new compact flash card for temporary test? pigroplc

The problem occured while the machine in normal production.....no spike also not at power up. The cooling fan run when we restart the cpu. We try to exchange the cooling module (we have 3 same machine)...the problem still exactly the same. We put the cf card to other machine and it works...so the cf card seems ok.
