Dear experts, 

I use a SIMOTION D D425-2 DP V4.3 and I am facing a serious issue regarding the power up of the machine.

Often, when SIMOTION is powered up it reaches STOP mode and stays until it is switched manually to RUN mode, using SIMOTION SCOUT software.

Below are the messages from the Diagnostic Buffer.

I do not see any fault in that incomplete log list, but it seems that there are no problems during the transition power ON - RUN/STOP.

So I suppose that the starting mode of the simotion is set to STOP or to LAST STATE (the name is not this but it is similar).

Basically simotion when starts can be set to do this:

1) Start in STOP mode

2) Start in last operating mode (so if last time before power off it was in RUN mode it will try to go in RUN , if it was in STOP it will start in STOP)

3) Start in RUN mode (the thing that 99,99999999999999999 % of programmers set

Be sure that option 3 is selected in the properties of Simotion, on bottom of Scout

The complete diagnostic buffer has been attached. I had exported it after your request, so the messages in the first entry goes from event 163 to event 154.

I would like to ask you what PL stands for (have you set the systemvariable on the PL;that they go to RUN automatic after power loss?)

The property you recommended me to put in RUN is the one shown in the attached picture?

Yes, that's what they want you to do.

AFAIK, you should change it in offline project and then download it. Otherwise every next download will recreate the issue.
