Simotion P350 hard disk failure

Gorky Lazo Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello A client has a Simotion P350 v2 Pentium Celeron (6UA1350-2AG21-1BC1) and its harddisk has failed. I need too restore the system with a new harddisk but they don't seem the necesary software because the machine supplier didn't provide it. I have found that a Simotion Kernel RT needs to run in the system before one can download the application. Does anybody know if it comeswith SCOUT or only with the CDs of the PC? The system camewithWindows NT Embeded, which the client also doesn't have. Can I use the standard Windows NT? What other package mightbe necessary? Thanks Gorky

A lot of subcomponents, drives and configuration settings is to do, and this all is in the Image. Standard NT doesn't work because the SIMOTION RT needs the embeeded Kernel extensionas which not available in the Standard OS. Please open a Support Request to get the restore media.
