simotion + profibus

inol_ba Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	Is it possible to configure a Simotion D as slave profibus? I have a PLC and a CPU 435 D in the same profibus net. Anybody can tell me how can I transmit data from plc and Simotion? Thanks

Open the properties tab of the DP- Interface which schould worked as DP-Slave. Select the tab "Operation Mode" and set the checkbox at DP Slave. Further informations you can read in the Communication System Manual of Simotion http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/27002464 Regards Christoph
