Dear Expert,

I use Simotion D425-2 pn/dp.

Previous I use TIA V13 SP1 now I use TIA V15.

I need to simulation project from V13 with simosim in V15.

I try to open project made from V13 in V15 but SIMOSIM not active.

I think I have to update firmware of SIMOTION D425 from V4.7 to V5.2.

How can I update SIMOTION SCOUT TIA D425-2 ?

Hello,

close the project in scout TIA (close Scout tia)

in HWCN right click on the Simotion D425-2 and then "Change Device/Version".

save the project

open then the project again in Scout tia

go offline in Scout TIA and TIA Portal.

Compile thew project again in offline mode.

right click on Library and open properties

tab TO/TP

Update the lib to the actual PLC Version.
