I use a S7-1500 as a partner so that example could be simulated on both sides (S7-1500 side using PLCSIM Advanced). TIPs: The “remote slave address” has default value 255. It should work in general, but especially for gateways, it should match case by case. The tag address matches its pattern like the data type. So first set the data type to after set the address. In the case of S7-1500 MODBUS TCP communication, use datatype integer to access the range 40.000. Sample project Attachment ModbusUnified.zip (49 Downloads)
