Simplifying a cycle

Hi there!

I've been doing a few small projects lately and thanks to you guys everything has worked out so far . Now I have written a program for a filter installation, ... the program works fine, but unfortunately it looks super confusing because it contains A LOT of function blocks.

My question is:is it possible to simplify this part of my program? This, so that it might save me time later with other programs and makes it easier to read for other programmers and myself. And of course this seems like a nice challenge to learn from!

on page 1 (the lower part) and two you can see a 'flushing cycle'. When 'manual flush' is pressed on the HMI OR when the pressure difference between the two pressure transmitters before and after the filters is greater than 0,5 bar It starts this cycle. In turn, a valve must be actuated for 5 seconds, then the valve must be closed / reset, after which there must be a pauze of ten minutes. This has to be repeaded for 12 valves. After the cycle it switches back to the normal program when the differential pressure has decreased or manual flush is ready (after four flushes on differential pressure, it generates an error message).

as I said before it works perfectly now, but I would like to see it easier if at all possible.

Hi!

I don't expect anyone to reorganize it. It is also not about the entire program (I added it entirely, because that is often a bit clearer). It looks very overwhelming, but as I explained it is actually very simple:

What i ask is if there is a way to do this:

1. Controlling a valve for 5 seconds

2. Reset it

3. Wait for 10 minutes

4. Controlling the next valve (till valve 12)

But this without cutting and paste it continuously for each valve one after the other. 

It is structured, but becomes so much on a page that it is more cluttered. Is it possible to create something that puts the functions once in a row, but then executes this from valve 1 to 12. Sort of performing the function repeatedly until all valves have been controlled?
