Hello dr 011; Have a look at the following: Mag 8000 manual: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/19730095 http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/es/19730095(para la version hispanica)1.1 User guidelines MAG 8000 or MAG 8000 CT configuration is made via a PC with an IrDA interface and the configuration software program Flow Tool. Parameters or data are in the following manual identified with an „FT“ in front of the number, where the information is stored. The Flow Tool program can bee downloaded from the internet www.siemens.com/flow navigate to Tool The MAG 8000 & MAG 8000 CT has a built-in flow simulator (FT551 & FT552) to verify and adjust the pulse output to any connected device or system. Warning Totalized values are changed during the simulation and actual flow is NOT measured. Simulation continues until manually turned off (normal operation restored). For MAG 8000 CT is the flow simulation only possible when verification sealings are broken. So it looks like you can enter Simuation Mode through the configuration software . Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
