Simulation Error CPUcommon has an invalid firmware version

just_work_finally Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi there, as you can see in the header of this topic I am getting an Error when trying to simulate a S7-1500 with TIA, it says "Error CPUcommon has an invalid firmware version". I don´t understand how a simulated CPU has an invalid firmware and how to fix it.

alex85it Regular Member Joined: 10/23/2012 Last visit: 5/20/2021 Posts: 2 Rating: (6)	SOLUTION: The problem is that tia is complicated: the simulator is not up to date so you must change PLC firmware (in device configuration) using an earlier firmware versione (e.g. 1515-2 firmware 1.6)
