I have the exact same problem but with the simulator. I use like you said an MD but still the same problem. the strange part is that i saw the analog input using real cpu and hmi . using a potensiometer i got an alaog input and sent it to the hmi , all ok. at home i tried the same but never saw it in the hmi. i deleted the hmi put it again , MD not IW to put the input by hand , communication , PG/PC...still the same. Maybe is communication but i cannot find the way. thank you! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello Navas_marine I think its because of the Panel type. This is a Basic Panel 1st Generation this has only a V12 Image you can use, there is no newer available. Since TIA V14 PLC Sim Has changed and only newer Panel images can connect: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/57132412 In you V17 is still the same, This Panels with older Images than V13 cannot connect to PLC Sim for S71500/1200 only with real PLC or with PLC Sim for S7300/400 (you can try, change it to a Basic PAnel 2nd gen with a current image and then try the simulation again) But in real HW it should all work Bye Murof |
