Hello, yes you could call 2 instances - one for each axis. But you are somehow right when you have doubts regarding parallel reading access to several axes. The safest way is to set up and use the library "LAcycCom". This one is more sophisticated than simple SINA_PARA. It has a Resource Manager function included. You just start all reading / writing commands without checking the availability of drives and the Resource Manager automatically handles all requests for all drives. This is much more comfortable. Here you find the lib: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109479553 So summary: with SINA_PARA you can easily do simple reading / writing requests. If you have more traffic and more axes to control I would always recommend using LAcycCom. |
