Recently the device reported error F60062 (Communication error to the voltage sensing, Fault value r0949 = 1: Armature voltage sensing). I checked the board C98043-A7117-L100-5 (voltage sensing board) and found that the quartz oscillator component was damaged. I want to replace this part but I don't know its specifications, I only see number 16,384. Can anyone provide the exact specifications of this component? Thank so much!
