Sinamic G110 & Siemens S7-300

Good day

I have a project that involves a PLC (Siemens S7-300) and a Sinamic G110 VSD.

One of the problems i faced is that my lecturer wants the Sinamic G110 VSD to be controlled by the BOP and the direction change button must be disabled.

I have looked at the datasheet of the Sinamic G110 but I can't seem to find a way to disable the direction change button when the control must be through the BOP.

So is it possible to disable the direction change button while the control ,must be through the BOP? 

And can you please show me how to connect an analog output from a PLC (Siemens S7-300) to the i/o terminals of a sinamic G110 VSD?

1. To disable reverse direction button of BOP, set P1032 = 1
   Please see Page 44 of this manual
   
2. To connect Analog Output of PLC to I/O terminals of SINAMICS G110, Please see sections 2.3 & 2.4 of this manual.

And one more thing. Is the voltage across the DOUT (pin1 and pin2) of the SInamic G110 VSD 24V DC with a current of 50mA?

Yes. That's right. If your load will consume more than 50 mA, You can use a relay with coil 24VDC.

I have set P1032 to 1 and I am still able to change the direction through the BOP. Is there maybe one other parameter I also need to change to disable the direction change button on the BOP.

Please tell me the value of P1110. 

If P1110 = 0, modify it to 1
