SINAMICS 6RA80 COMMISSIONING

Dear All,

I am commissioning a sinamics dcm 6ra8093-4ds22-0aa0(770kw)

Device  (Name plate):

Armature: 3ac 400v 1326 A 50/60hz

                   DC 485V 1600A

Field:      2 ac 480 v 40A 50/60HZ

                  dc 390V 40A

with a DC motor of

kw : 620  rpm: 950  Armature voltage: 460  Armature current : 1480A

Excitation volts: 230 ,  Excitation Current: 21.7 A

with Analog tacho (0.06 V/ RPM) feedback.

I commissioned the drive with starter.

And done optimization

locked the rotor and done  closed-loop field current control optimization

locked the rotor and completed closed-loop armature current control  optimization

unlock the rotor and done Optimization of the speed control

But while running the motor at 100 rpm it is running  and checked actual speed of the motor with a tacho meter. RPM is correct.

But while switching off form starter Error  60031 occurs.

My doubts:

1.      How we can know that optimization is completed.?I am getting the optimized feild and            armature    resistance, induction values.After optimization is there any procedure to save            the values. Because after power cycle i have checked the the Field ,armature Resistance, Inductance values. It shows the values of before optimizaton. I think that the optimized values are not storing.

2. In commissioning parameters, for the above motor what i have to fill in the minimum feild current .
  ( I have filled maximum field current value: 21.7A,  Minimum feild current value: 21.7A)

HelloGanesh Karthik,

for your first question : When optimization become complete the measuring status switch to No measure again . After that you should copy RAM to ROM and save file to PG(Uploaded) .

For second question: If your motor work above base speed you have to determine the minimum of current of field because of field weakening!

Dear Sir,

I am not running in field weakening.

In my motor name plate there in no field minimum current. Only maximum excitation current(21.7A).

While configuring a drive starter ask for minimum field current. What I have to fill in that column?

Now I have filled maximum field current in that(21.7A) . Please suggest.

While giving 100 rpm reference through starter, Motor runs at 100 rpm. F60031 fault occurs after giving stop command(while deacceleration).

while giving  -100 rpm reference F60031 fault occurs while acceleration.

Dear sir,

While doing speed control optimization with tacho feedback is there necessary to fill parameters.

p50200, p50225, p50228

At how much speed the optimization should be done.

Dear Sir,

I have increased ramp up and ramp down time  to  60 Seconds.

After that Motor runs properly in one direction and no fault occurs.

But while running in the other direction F60031 fault occurs and motor is  not getting started.

Dear Sir,

I have configured 

6ra8093 -4ds22-0aa0 with 630 kw DC Motor

motor is running in forward direction  with starter and not running in reverse direction

while forward - Torque direction 1 is switching on

in reverse - No torque direction is switching on

I am using closed loop speed control method

Fault 60031 occurs in reverse direction
