SINAMICS Control Unit CU320 Connection Problem

Hello,

I have SINAMICS Control Unit CU320 (6SL3040-0MA00-0AA1). I am using PC Adapter USB (6ES7972-0CB20-0XA0) to get Online. I am trying to connect  the controller using PC Adapter with Interface settings PC Adapter (Auto) and also tried PC Adapter (Profibus) but can't connect to the controller.

the software i have STARTER V4.4.1.0. I also try the Interface PC COM-Port with 19.2 Kb Baud Rate settings but can't succeeded.  Can somebody help to resolve that why i can't connect to the controller, is there any settings error or something? for reference I've attached some pictures for your understanding.

check in the adpater settings the option "only master on the bus" is activated.

 Finally I've connected to the CU320 Controller via PC Adapter, In Profibus Station parameter "PC is the only master on the bus" must be checked. the problem was CF Card. CF was not inserted in the controller. after inserting the CF i am able to connect.
But question is that, what if I've a blank CF inserted in the controller. Can i use an ordinary CF card in controller? If yes then how can i make it able to detect in controller. Because if i insert an ordinary/Blank CF then drive LEDs are showing Error for CF card and can't connect via Starter.
