rassser Regular Member Joined: 9/14/2012 Last visit: 3/10/2023 Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	Hi! I use Sinamics CU240E-2DP (without "F" andwithoutProfiSafe). Extended functions are not supported. How to acknowledge Safety faults (Safe Torque Off) via Profibus (no ProfiSafe) or terminal -without by switching the drive unit off and then on again (POWER ON)? Errors 1611; 1600; 30611; 30600.

Soni Mukesh Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Dear, If you are saying this is a Sinamics CU240E-2DP (without "F" andwithoutProfiSafe) then it is not possible that u can access extended function related to F or Profisafe. As per my knowledge safety related fault only comes in decribed drives which is having F options.not for common drives

Codes30600(9999); 30611(2000); 1600(9999); 1611(2001) Hello, F30611(2000) means " Status of the STO selection on the Control Unit and Motor Module are different." 1611(2001) means "Feedback signal for safe pulse suppression on the Control Unit and Motor Module are different." If you are using safety with terminal and you get such errors then the input Signals are not valid. This is mostly a problem sent fromfor example a slightly defect safetybutton or F-DO contactors with testpulses. You can try to increase the parameter p9651(in FW 4.5 1ms) to a higher value to filter such testpulses or toggling button signals. If you have these safety errors you can´t acknowledge these errors with this CU so its necessary to get rid of these error sources.
