Sinamics, DC Master, Micromaster

Dear All,

I am working on a motor control system with DC Master with a s7 1200 CPU. The control logics involves so many condition, PIDs and much more.  And so for mathematical modeling I am searching for the technique to find or calculate the transfer function of any one of Sinamics, DC Master, or Micromaster. This control is totally sensorless, based on Profibus communication.

Any one having an idea about transfer function of VFDs please help.

I do not really understand what you want to know. You explained that you need to control the drive via S7-1200, so this sounds more that you practically need to give a speed setpoint from the PLC to the drive. On the other hand it seems you want to know detailed information about the control structure of a drive. Both scenarios have nothing to do with each other...one thing is about practically using the drive at a PLC the other thing is about understanding drive technology in depth.

What I want you to understand: You do not really need to understand the drive technology in depth in case you want to control it via PLC. You don't need to program anything about the transfer model of the drive in your PLC and do any mathematics. There is a defined interface between PLC and drive -> called telegrams. Depending on your use case you select a telegram and control the drive from PLC.

So maybe explain in detail what your task is to realize. Then we can help. Just wanting to know a transfer function of the control will not bring any benefit to you and the PLC program.
